Gaining significant muscle mass is really hard. If you’re playing tennis, this becomes EVEN harder.
And as long as you continue playing a lot + incorporating explosive training (like sprinting, COD drills and plyometrics) into your regular training regime, you have absolutely NOTHING to be worried about.
That goes for both the fear of getting ‘bulky’ AND not ‘moving well’ on court.
In fact, lifting weights will just make all those things better.
